WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card and PayPal payment.
USD amounts shown as part of the product price are approximates and references. All transactions are charged in Singapore Dollars.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THE BAKEBABE.COM HAS RECEIVED MY PAYMENT?
BakeBabe.com will issue you an electronic acknowledgement that your payment has been received.
DO YOU ACCEPT ANY OFFLINE PAYMENT SUCH AS CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER?

DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS?
Yes, shipping to multiple recipients is available. However, you will have to drop us an SMS at +65 9239 7707 to inform us and we can do that for you.
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT DELIVERY SCHEDULE?
We have 4 delivery options. For 2 of the 4 options, we schedule your delivery on every Sunday, from 10am – 9pm. More delivery information>
DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
At the moment we are only ship in Singapore and is unable to cater to customers overseas.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?
At the moment we are only able to ship to physical addresses, as required by our freight company.
CAN I HAVE MY ITEMS SHIPPED WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS?
Yes, if you want to have your items delayed for a few days, or want to send your orders with a personal greeting card, we can help. Please call at +65 92397707 and speak to us on the phone if there are any special needs out of the ordinary.

BakeBabe.com makes delicious baked goods as gifts for your employees and customers, year ’round. Corporate discounts are available. Call us at (+65) 9239 7707 and talk to us! We will be happy to discuss with you about special pricing and delivery.
WHAT IS BAKEBABE’S CANCELLATION POLICY?
To change, postpone your order is not a problem. Just give us 1 week notice to make the changes. No cancellation is allowed for all orders once payment is made. More policies>
DOES BAKEBABE.COM OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS?
If you are not satisfied with your baked goods, please call us at (+65) 9239 7707. Depending on the circumstances, we will either replace or refund your order. If for some reason, the information given to us here at BakeBabe.com was incorrect, no refund can be given. The order can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. More policies>
